Mitzi Mallard first visited Telluride with her husband in 1991. It did not take long for them to realize that Telluride offered everything they desired in a community, and in 1997, they relocated to Telluride full time. Mitzi initially went to work with a local law firm and in December 2006, she obtained her real estate license and was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2008 by the Telluride Association of Realtors. In May of 2007, she became the listing broker for the River Club, a 24-unit, fractionally-owned property located in the Town of Telluride and specializes in selling memberships at the only Private Residence Club in the Town of Telluride. Mitzi’s extensive knowledge and experience in selling fractional real estate products has allowed her to excel in her position as listing broker for The River Club.

During her off time, Mitzi enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters camping, dirt biking, hiking, horseback riding, skiing and snowshoeing in the beautiful San Juan mountains.
