She met her husband Joe in her senior year at the University of Vermont, and after graduation, they together migrated to San Diego, where they attended law school and practiced law for eight years before making Telluride their permanent home.

She and Joe have their own law firm, Solomon & Solomon, located in the heart of the Town of Telluride. Her focused legal work on real estate and business litigation and transactions has given her a unique and advantageous perspective in the real estate field.

Telluride has been a part of her life since 1993, and she has lived here full-time since 1999.
